## Mamaloci Food Items Return Policy

At Mamaloci, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our food products. We understand that sometimes food items may not meet your expectations. Here’s how you can return food-related items:

### Time Frame for Returns:
– **Perishable food items must be reported within 24 hours** of delivery for a return to be considered.
– Non-perishable food items must be returned within **14 days** of the delivery date.

### Condition of Returned Items:
– Perishable items must be returned in the **original packaging** and should not have been tampered with or consumed.
– Non-perishable items must be **unopened**, **unused**, and in the **original packaging**.

### Non-returnable Food Items:
– Any perishable items not reported within 24 hours of delivery.
– Opened or partially consumed non-perishable items.

### Process for Returns:
1. Contact our customer service team at support@mamaloci.com to report the issue.
2. For perishable items, provide a detailed description and, if possible, a photo of the issue.
3. For non-perishable items, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
4. Pack the item securely and include the original receipt along with the RMA number.
5. Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

### Refunds:
– Refunds for perishable items will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be issued as store credit.
– For non-perishable items, once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

### Exchanges:
– We only replace food items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
– If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@mamaloci.com.

### Shipping Costs:
– You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning non-perishable items.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a non-perishable item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
